Dustin founded True Blue Water Exchange in 2019, bringing more than a decade of experience in the Australian water industry and a vision to create a more modern, transparent and accessible way for people to trade and manage water.

Since then, he has led the growth of TBWE across the southern Murray-Darling Basin, building a team of experienced brokers and developing the TBWE online trading platform to give clients greater visibility, flexibility and choice in how they participate in the water market.

Dustin remains actively involved in water trading and works closely with irrigators, agricultural businesses and investors across temporary water, permanent entitlements, long-term leasing and broader water strategies.

With extensive market knowledge and industry relationships built over more than a decade, Dustin continues to drive the growth and evolution of TBWE while ensuring the business stays true to what it was built on — strong relationships, market expertise and personal service.

With more than 25 years of experience in land and water sales, Peter brings extensive industry knowledge and a strong understanding of the needs of irrigators and agricultural businesses.

Peter built and grew Gordon Agencies over 25 years, establishing a trusted name throughout the Sunraysia region before the business joined True Blue Water Exchange.

Now a Senior Water Broker with TBWE, Peter remains hands-on in the Irymple office, working closely with clients across temporary water, permanent entitlements and longer-term water requirements.

His experience, local knowledge and long-standing relationships across the region make him an important part of the True Blue Water Exchange team.

Steph brings extensive water industry knowledge to True Blue Water Exchange, having spent many years working within a water authority before moving into water brokerage.

Based in the Riverina, Steph has developed a strong network of irrigators, agricultural businesses and industry contacts throughout the region. She specialises in the NSW Murrumbidgee market, with a strong understanding of temporary and permanent water, leasing and longer-term water strategies.

A high-performing broker with a practical, client-focused approach, Steph combines her technical understanding of the water industry with strong market knowledge and relationships. She continues to build a strong presence in the industry and has become an important part of TBWE's growing footprint across the Riverina.

Born and raised in the Sunraysia region, Ben brings strong local knowledge and an extensive network across the agricultural community to his role as a Water Broker with True Blue Water Exchange.

Based in our Irymple office, Ben has established himself as a high-performing member of the TBWE brokerage team, working closely with irrigators and agricultural businesses to understand their individual water requirements.

Since joining TBWE, Ben has successfully helped 100's of clients develop longer-term water strategies incorporating spot market buying, carryover management, forward planning and long-term leasing opportunities.

His strong local connections, market knowledge and proactive approach allow him to help clients look beyond individual trades and make informed decisions around their broader water strategy.

In just three years in the water brokerage industry, Reeza has established himself as a high-performing broker with a strong understanding of water markets across Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia.

Reeza has dedicated himself to understanding the ins and outs of the market, building extensive knowledge across temporary water, permanent entitlements, leasing and forward opportunities.

During his time in the industry, Reeza has facilitated more than $50 million in water transactions, working closely with irrigators, agricultural businesses and investors across the southern Murray-Darling Basin.

Reeza specialises in long-term water planning and strategy, helping clients look beyond individual trades and develop a structured approach to managing their water requirements, market exposure and future opportunities.

Shaun has been part of True Blue Water Exchange for eight years, developing extensive market knowledge and a strong client network across South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales.

Based in Adelaide, Shaun works closely with irrigators, agricultural businesses and investors across a broad range of water products and markets throughout the southern Murray-Darling Basin.

Shaun prides himself on building long-standing relationships within the agricultural industry, taking the time to understand his clients’ operations and helping them navigate the water market with confidence.

His experience across multiple states and markets makes him a valuable part of the TBWE brokerage team.
