In consideration of True Blue Water Exchange taking steps to effect the sale in accordance with the above direction, the Vendor is agreeable to the *Fees and Charges that will be applied to this trade. Terms & Conditions 1. The Vendor must do all things necessary to complete any documents that True Blue Water Exchange produces in accordance with this Sale within three (3) business days after the Trade Match occurring. 2. If this does not occur the Purchaser can issue a “Notice of non-compliance” in which case the Vendor. has three (3) business days (commencing on the date the Notice was issued) to provide a remedy. If this does not occur the Purchaser able to withdraw from the trade and seek compensation without having issued a “Notice of non-compliance“. 3.
