Vendor Direction

The Vendor directs True Blue Water Exchange to effect the Temporary Allocation Sale in accordance with the above direction and details.

In consideration of True Blue Water Exchange taking steps to effect the sale in accordance with the above direction, the Vendor is agreeable to the *Fees and Charges that will be applied to this trade.

Terms & Conditions

1. The Vendor must do all things necessary to complete any documents that True Blue Water Exchange produces in accordance with this Sale within three (3) business days after the Trade Match occurring.

2. If this does not occur the Purchaser can issue a “Notice of non-compliance” in which case the Vendor. has three (3) business days (commencing on the date the Notice was issued) to provide a remedy. If this does not occur the Purchaser able to withdraw from the trade and seek compensation without having issued a “Notice of non-compliance“.

3. If the sale does not complete because : (a) the Vendor supplied True Blue Water Exchange with incorrect or incomplete information, then the Vendor will be responsible for the application fee to relodge the application with the relevant Water Authority.

4. The sale is subject to the written authority of all Water Authorities.

5. This Order will remain in force until the 30/06/2024.

6. If the Vendor chooses to Amend or Revoke the Sell Order, this can be done via text or email to True Blue Water Exchange.
